I cant even get the gsme to boot up. It starts, asks if i eant to use 3 click or joysticks, then puts me in a practice thing and freezes. I freeze when the prompt says "swing basics". Also when i pull up the command center on the side, its set to 1080p and i try to seitch from 120hz to 60 and it keeps goinf back to 120. Doesnt even give me the option for 30

Same issue, right after upgrading my hardware from old intel 3th gen with ddr2 to to 13th gen ddr5 setup. On old hardware this game worked perfectly.. but now it stutter like yours or even worse. It seems like there is no fix for this. Im experimenting with vsync settings in the Nvidia panel, and so far, a kind of slightly better results I found is to turn off in-game fps limiter and vsync and enable nvidia vsync (adaptive half refresh rate). But again its still kinda sad experience. Every other game runs smoothly on new hardware.
